Feeling tired and lazy all the time is no fun. Not having the energy and power when you need it most can be a life time struggle. Its very easy to eat when hungry or drink when there is thirst but to breathe is a different matter. So how can breathing become easy as eating and drinking? Look at these easy steps to tap into a vast source of energy. Exercise daily these techniques and breathe better.
1. Observe your breathing pattern:
Focusing on the act of breathing clears the mind of all daily distractions and increases the energy levels.
It also gives you a chance to see how you react to different situations in your personal life. So first look to see if your are breathing from the upper chest or lower abdomen. Breathing from the lower abdomen is particularly important to better breathing.
2. Stretch your body as much as possible:
It increases the flexibility of the muscular system and the blood flow.
